SB 976 -- State Board of Health

Currently, Section 191.400, RSMo, creates the State Board of
Health and requires that three members must be persons other than
those licensed by the State Board of Registration for the Healing
Arts or the Missouri Dental Board.  This bill requires that, of
those three, one of the members must be a licensed chiropractic
physician and two must be persons other than those licensed by
the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, the
Missouri Dental Board, or the State Board of Chiropractic
Examiners.
